Flange Isolating Gasket Kits
With the economic and environmental climate of today, it is more important than ever to prevent leakage in your carrier system. Flanges are the most common trouble area, and require proper sealing to prevent leakage. Additionally, cathodic isolation to prevent stray currents which cause undo corrosion and eventual break down of metal.
Casing Spacers
Used to center water, sewer, gas and other fluids in casing. APS products are virtually corrosion proof, and we can manufacture almost any configuration required from multiple carrier product lines within a single casing to concentrically fit a bell and spigot ductile iron pipe within its casing. APS casing spacers are easily bolted on, eliminating the need to fill the casing annulus with sand, grout or pea gravel which act as electrolytes and can introduce unwanted current. Abrasion resistant dielectric runners prevent damage as the carrier pipe is installed in the casing, combined with the dielectric inner liner, both provide optimum insulation.End Seals
Full conical shaped end seals, manufactured for various applications and a combination of pipe sizes. APS end seals are made of 1/8-inch thick synthetic rubber assuring excellent chemical resistance and resiliency. These products outperform the costly, labor intensive brick and mortar method of sealing casing ends. While soil stress and pipe movement cause mortar to crack, APS end seals move with the pipe ensuring the integrity of the seal.Innerlynx® Modular Mechanical Seals
Made from synthetic rubber and industrial strength pressure plates, it is used to seal the annular space between an inner / carrier pipe and the ID of a wall penetration. Helps to absorb vibrations, shocks and sound wave while acting as a sound dampener. In addition, the seals electrically isolate the inner / carrier pipe from the penetrated structure. Innerlynx® is available in 21 difference sizes for all pipe diameters ranging from ½-inch to 144-inch. Water and wastewater applications include ductile iron, PVC, insulated pipe, manholes, precast concrete, pumps and tanks.
